  • A Video Guest Book is a fun and modern way for your guests to leave personal messages on your wedding day. Instead of writing in a traditional guest book, they record short videos, capturing their love, laughter, and well-wishes.

  • Our Video Guest Book packages start at $700 for 3hrs.

  • The standard rental includes 3 hours of coverage, which is perfect for capturing messages during your reception. We also have 4 and 5 hours, which is perfect if you’d like to add for cocktail hour.

  • Yes! A friendly team member will stay on-site throughout the rental. They’ll handle setup and breakdown, guide guests on how to record their messages, and ensure everything runs smoothly so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

  • We recommend a space of about 4 feet by 4 feet for the setup, plus a little extra room nearby for guests to gather, mingle, and take their turn recording messages.

  • Our team member will gently encourage participation and make the experience fun and casual. Once guests see how easy and quick it is, they usually warm up fast — and those authentic moments are often the best ones!

  • You’ll receive your polished highlight reel within 1–2 weeks after your wedding. We know you'll be excited to relive the memories, so we make delivery a priority!

  • Typically the Video Guest Book does not require a backdrop. However, we can work with your wedding decor to create a clean, elegant setup that fits seamlessly into your event space. Custom backdrop options may also be available — ask us for details!

  • We are available across The GTA, Kitchener Waterloo Region and the Niagara Region.

  • A 40% booking fee is required to secure the date for your event. This fee is non-refundable, however it can be applied to any future booking(s) and the credit doesn’t expire.

  • YES! If you book multiple items together we do offer a discount.
